1. Der Gastaufnahmevertrag ist abgeschlossen, sobald das Zimmer bestellt (Buchung) und zugesagt (Bestätigung) worden ist. Für die Bestätigung ist sowohl die mündliche als auch die schriftliche Form bindend.

2. Der Abschluss des Gastaufnahmevertrags verpflichtet die Vertragspartner zur Erfüllung des Vertrages, gleichgültig, auf welche Dauer der Vertrag abgeschlossen ist.

3. Der Vermieter ist verpflichtet, bei Nichtbereitstellung des Zimmers dem Gast Schadenersatz zu leisten.

4. Der Vermieter ist nach Treu und Glauben gehalten, nicht in Anspruch genommene Zimmer nach Möglichkeit anderweitig zu vergeben, um Ausfälle zu vermeiden.

5. Bis zur anderweitigen Vermietung des Zimmers hat der Gast für die Dauer des Vertrages den nach Ziffer 4 errechneten Betrag zu bezahlen.

6. Ausschließlicher Gerichtsstand ist der Betriebsort.

7. Es sind im kompletten Gästehaus keine Tiere erlaubt

Zahlungsbedingungen

- Eine Vollzahlung bis 5 Tage vor Anreise ist verpflichtend.
- Sollte die Anzahlung nicht im genannten Zeitraum eingehen, behalten wir uns vor, Ihre Buchung zu stornieren und das Apartment anderweitig zu vermieten!

Stornierungsbedingungen

- Stornierungen bis 30 Tage vor Anreise sind kostenfrei und der bereits bezahlte Betrag wird vollständig erstattet.
- Bei Stornierungen zwischen 29 und 7 Tagen wird 50% des Gesamtbetrags einbehalten.
- Bei Stornierungen weniger als 7 Tage vor Anreise
wird 80% des Gesamtbetrags einbehalten.
- Bei Nichterscheinen wird der volle Betrag einbehalten.

General Booking Conditions

1. The accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room has been ordered (booking) and confirmed (confirmation). Both verbal and written confirmation are binding for the confirmation.

2. The conclusion of the accommodation contract obligates the contracting parties to fulfill the contract, regardless of the term of the contract.

3. The landlord is obligated to compensate the guest for damages if the room is not made available.

4. The landlord is obliged in good faith to rent out unused rooms to other guests if possible in order to avoid losses.

5. Until the room is rented to another guest, the guest must pay the amount calculated according to Section 4 for the duration of the contract.

6. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the place of business.

7. No animals are allowed in the entire guest house.

Payment Conditions

- Full payment is mandatory 5 days before arrival.
- If the deposit is not received within the specified period, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and rent the apartment to someone else!

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge, and the amount already paid will be fully refunded.
- For cancellations between 29 and 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be retained.
- For cancellations less than 7 days before arrival, 80% of the total amount will be retained.
- In case of no-show, the full amount will be retained.
